We need a Data Analyst who can transform marketing performance data into actionable insights. You’ll work with performance, SEO, and product teams to build dashboards and recommend optimization strategies.
Collect and analyze data from ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
Build dashboards and reports (Looker, Data Studio, Sheets).
Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
Run cohort and funnel analysis to support acquisition/retention.
Support A/B testing with statistical significance checks.
Present insights to marketing and leadership teams.
2–4 years in data analytics (marketing or product analytics).
Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills.
Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
Understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV metrics.
Fluent English.
Experience with Python/R for advanced analysis.
Knowledge of attribution modeling.
Background in digital marketing campaigns.
