Build media plans and launch paid acquisition across Google (Search/Shopping/PMax), Meta, and TikTok.
Own weekly sprints: hypotheses, experiments, budget pacing, guardrails.
Structure accounts (keywords, audiences, feeds) to match business goals.
Turn data into action: weekly summaries with next steps and impact.
Keep attribution clean: GA4 events, UTMs/naming, conversion hygiene.
Partner with SEO/Creatives/Analytics on funnels, LPs, and messaging.
Forecast and report on CAC, ROAS, payback; align with stakeholders.
Document playbooks and maintain a learnings library.
3–5+ years in performance marketing (agency or in-house).
Hands-on with Google Ads (Search/Shopping/PMax) and Meta Ads.
Test planning + experiment analysis (A/B; incrementality mindset).
GA4/GTM basics: events, conversions, UTMs; Looker Studio dashboards.
Strong Sheets/Excel; confident with CAC, ROAS, LTV/CAC, payback.
Fluent English; client-facing.
TikTok Ads; LinkedIn Ads (B2B).
Server-side tagging (sGTM) or offline conversions import.
CRO/LP experience; UGC briefing and creative testing.
